El Cid La Ceiba Beach (Adults Only) Hotel Cozumel, Cozumel

This resort really made our vacation memorable. The snorkeling and diving right off the beach were fantastic, and the cleanliness of our studio with kitchenette made our stay comfortable. The warm and welcoming staff added to the charm, even though we had to navigate around cigarette smoke in outdoor areas, which was a bit of a downside.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the hotel thanks to the fantastic service and delightful food. Although there were some issues with the dining experience on New Year's Eve, overall, the hotel was clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The vibrant snorkeling experience off the resort added to our enjoyable stay. However, the situation with the drinking water availability certainly needs improvement.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! The snorkeling right from the beach was extraordinary, with plenty of fish to see. The staff were truly accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Although our room was comfortable and clean, it felt a bit dated, and we did have some noise from the hallway. Overall, the dining was excellent, but Wi-Fi had a slight extra charge which was a bit annoying. Still, we can't wait to return!

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was outstanding and the location was great, I faced several issues during my stay. My room was dirty upon arrival, and I wasn't thrilled with the all-inclusive package. However, the staff was friendly, and the food had its moments of deliciousness.
